Overview:
This Medicine series is centered around Yarrow, St. John’s Wort, Mugwort, and Elder. Each class is 1.5 hours and follows a flow of deepening connection with each plant—spiritually, energetically, emotionally, and physically.
Each class will focus on one sacred plant ally and include guided meditations or journeys, medicine exploration, lore, energetics, ritual use, and emotional/spiritual applications.
The classes will take place under a giant Mimosa Tree on a old horse farm.

Meet Cheryl – Intuitive Healer, Earth Medicine Practitioner & Soul Guide
Cheryl has always been deeply connected to the unseen realms. As a medium, intuitive spiritual counselor, and light worker, she brings compassion, clarity, and powerful insight to her healing practice. Rooted in Earth Medicine, her work is both mystical and grounded—bridging the worlds to help people heal from trauma and rediscover their inner light.
She has spent years studying with Indigenous healers from around the world, deepening her understanding of plant spirit medicine, energy healing, and ancestral connection. Cheryl specializes in:
